We want you to be happy with Aki. If something is not right, you can return it within 60 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Write to us through our contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Delivery Cover and other services are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
