Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $2.99 per order. The price shown at checkout is the final shipping price.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. During holidays and busy periods this can take longer.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we will update it if the order has not shipped yet.

Delivery Cover

Delivery Cover is an optional add-on in the cart. If your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we will reship your order or refund it. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, write to us through our contact page and we will help.
